When it comes to our builder customers, we…
- Sell and install all flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, stone, and vinyl—both LVT & LVP. We also install tile for showers, tub surrounds and backsplashes.
- Sand and finish hardwood with dust containment.
- Provide builders with a single contact person during all phases of the project to prevent confusion in selections and scheduling.
- Support the foreman, who often needs and appreciates reminders. When we print a work order, we also email “reminders.”
- Have extensive experience with project budgets, and provide contractor discounts to meet the demanding needs of the builder.
- Bring samples to the job site.
- Have a service team dedicated to warranty and punch-out items.
- Provide a mini-showroom for model homes within an allocated budget.
